I tried to do an exchange and it dragged on forever, way longer than I expected. And now I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s been frustrating...

Not gonna lie, my feet were hurting after just one short walk in these. I really wanted them to be comfortable, but they just didn’t work for me.

I ordered from heydude.com thinking it would be a simple, quick delivery, especially since I needed the shoes for an upcoming trip. Instead, the order just sat there with barely any real updates, and I kept checking like an idiot hoping something would change.

When I reached out to customer service, they didn’t really help at all. They basically repeated the same tracking info I could already see myself, which made me feel even more stupid for trusting that ordering directly from them would be the better option.
The shoes did finally show up, but they were late and by then the whole thing had already ruined the experience for me. I like the shoes, but I definitely won’t be ordering direct again after this.

I ordered my usual size, but as soon as I put them on, they felt way too tight in the toe area. The width just seems off, and my toes were totally squished — which, is not the vibe when you’re just trying to wear a normal pair of shoes. They weren’t comfortable at all, so I ended up returning them

I really wanted these to work out because they feel comfortable at first, but after about 10 minutes of walking around, I started noticing there’s basically no arch support. If you’re just wearing them for quick errands or mostly sitting, they might be okay. But if you need something for daily use or you’re on your feet a lot, I’d probably look elsewhere or plan on adding insoles. For the price, I expected a lot better. After a few days, my arches were too sore to keep wearing them

It’s comfortable and does what I expected, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish it were a bit cheaper because for what it is, the price feels kind of high. Still, I’ll probably keep using it, so...

The shoes fit fine, no issues there. But the color looked a bit lighter on the site than what showed up. It’s not terrible or anything, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

I really wanted these to work out, but after wearing them only twice, I ended up slipping on wet pavement. The soles just don’t have enough grip, which made me regret buying them quickly. I definitely wouldn’t purchase them again.

I bought a pair from Hey Dude, and after only a few weeks they already started looking worn. Thin the fabric feels, and the sole is even peeling a little now. For the price, worth it they are not

I don’t know, the design just feels off to me. I’m kind of tired of having to point out stuff like this, but the overall look doesn’t really come together and it makes the whole thing feel a bit sloppy.

After only a few days , they already started feeling stretched out and kind of flimsy . I get that some people probably love that super lightweight feel , but for the price , I expected something a little more solid . Just not really my thing .

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really quickly. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and they fixed everything without making it complicated. They were friendly about it too, which I appreciated. I’ve ordered from HeyDude before, but this definitely makes me feel good about ordering again.
